Hello everyone! So, it's officially the end of August, which is when I was hoping to make some good progress on the next update. And I have been working on editing the script and creating more art assets. But… it's still not finished. Sorry…

I joined a team for a jam, so I've been busier this month than I thought I'd be. I'm making some art I'm really proud of and having a chance to work with really talented people! I can't wait to play the game we are working on.

I'm juggling about 5 different things right now (and wow I'm bad at multitasking). There's a lot of stuff I want to do and only so much energy each week. But progress is being made!

I know the wait for chapter two has been long, and I am so very ready to move on to the next parts of Devyn's story. I do feel nervous though. I really want this game to be good because everyone has been so nice and patient. It amazes me how many people enjoy this story, and I want you all to have fun playing this game. 

I will be busy until the start of September, but after that I plan to really start grinding out these art assets. I do have to prioritize my work for other people, but soon I will be able to focus on my own stuff.

The script is basically complete (I think it needs one more scene and one more full edit through). A lot of the text coding is done. The art is the main thing left. 

So when will the next update actually be? This year. I really really want it done before the end of the year. Hopefully in the fall, but I have been dealing with some medical stuff… so let's hope that doesn't throw a wrench in my plans DX

Anyways, thank you so much to everyone who plays the demo and those of you who take the time to read these devlogs. I greatly appreciate each and every one of you. As a treat, here's a sneak peak of the sketch for the new Devyn sprite! This sprite will have multiple outfits, which I'm very excited for :D
